With our Model HC-5030ES you can cut pieces up to 4" wide and 28" long on
demand, no more wasted material, only cut what you need. Here is how it works, as the machine
cuts a piece of hook & loop or webbing the material slides down the guided track and stops at the
edge of the guide, when the operator removes that piece, the sensor (with adjustable delay)
sees there is no material in place and will automatically cut another piece. Properly positioned
machine can feed 2 operators at the same time. When you don't need the on demand feature the
machine converts to a standard HC-530 hot and cold strip cutter.

The HC-530CD was developed specifically for government contractors doing name tags.
It replaces an operation currently done by hand. With the highest quality sensors our machines are able to
determine different color shades, this feature allows you to cut the webbing 3 to 4 inches before the first
letter of a name and 3 to 4 inches after the last letter. The sensitivity of the sensors is adjustable to
any color or contrast. Machine available with hot/cold blades.

Model C-254 has 4" wide tungsten carbide blades that will cut: Silver, Solder, Copper, Wire,
Wire harness, Wire mesh, Foil, Brass, Aluminum, and other soft and hardened metals.
The touch screen makes for easy accessibility to settings and programming. Among the safety
features found on the C-254 include front and back safety covers. Emergency stop, safety light curtains that
automatically shuts off the machine if crossed and auto shut off for when the material runs out. The C-254 is
available with pre-feeder for heavy rolls.
