This unique machine will cut and press the edges of webbing for a perfect finish. The H-51C-SB is specifically made for seat belts, other configurations of this model are available for thicker and different sizes of webbing. An automatic stacker is available, depending on the length of the cut piece we can custom make a stacker that will neatly stack a predetermined amount of pieces, when it reaches the programmed amount the stacker will automatically move the stack to make room for the next stack. Also available is a pre-feeder, model PF-33C-SB, is a custom built pre-feeder specifically built to accommodate up to 6 rolls of webbing, the rolls sits in a cradle of ball bearings that allows the webbing to flow smoothly and with minimal resistance through the pre-feeder, this pre-feeder is ideal for when rolls are heavy and length tolerances must be exact. |
